Last updated: August 11, 2026
This notice describes how PARADELLA ROCHA, ROBSON (RPipely product, developed by RP Develops) handles personal data for visitors outside the EU/EEA/UK and Brazil. We apply privacy principles aligned with the GDPR and LGPD as a baseline, and comply with local law where it imposes stricter requirements.

Website security and fraud prevention (including Cloudflare Turnstile) — legitimate interest.
Analytics and performance measurement — consent (EU/UK) or legitimate interest where permitted.
Legal compliance — legal obligation.
Retention
Access requests: up to 24 months after last interaction unless a longer period is required for legal claims.
Cookie consent records: 12 months from your choice, renewed when you interact with the banner again.
Active customer data: retained while the account is active and for the period required by legal obligations.
Processors and transfers
We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), email infrastructure, and AI providers (for example Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, or equivalents). Customer messaging uses Meta’s official APIs (WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram Messaging, and Messenger). Some providers may process data outside your country; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where required.
For bot protection on access request forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may collect technical signals (such as IP address, User-Agent header, TLS fingerprint, and site key) solely to distinguish humans from bots. For details, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD, CNIL, ICO).
To exercise your rights, contact hello@rpdevelops.com. We respond within applicable statutory deadlines (typically 30 days).
Artificial intelligence and messages
When a customer uses RPipely, conversation content (text and, where applicable, media) may be processed by artificial intelligence providers — for example Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, or equivalents — to generate replies, classify intent, and operate automated customer service.
This processing is limited to delivering the contracted service. Providers act as processors or sub-processors under contractual instructions and receive only the data necessary for that purpose.
Official Meta channels
Customer messaging runs through Meta’s official platforms and APIs: WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), Instagram Messaging, and Messenger.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Page, and Google Calendar accounts remain under the customer’s control. RPipely does not operate integrations that are not authorized by Meta.
Google data usage (Google Calendar) and Limited Use
RPipely accesses Google Calendar (Google Calendar API) only when a customer voluntarily connects a Google account and authorizes the requested scopes. We use this data solely to check availability and to create, update, or cancel meeting events on the user’s behalf, within the contracted functionality of the service.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose data obtained from Google APIs to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the app’s core functionality. Such data may be processed only by subprocessors strictly necessary to operate RPipely (for example: hosting on Vercel, storage and authentication on Supabase, and Google itself when providing the Google Calendar API), always under contract and only to the extent required to deliver the service.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs by RPipely will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We affirm that Google user data received from Google APIs (including raw, aggregated, or derived Google Calendar data) will not be used to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models, nor sold, transferred, or made available to third parties for that purpose.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
